ADS™ Capillary Regeneration Kit

The ADS™ Capillary Regeneration Kit is designed to regenerate and clean capillary arrays in ABI Sequencing Analyzers 3130, 3730, and 3500 series to extend their lifespan. It offers a quick and easy protocol to rejuvenate the resolution of failing capillary separations and provides significant savings for high-quality Sanger sequencing.

Kit Components:

For array regeneration, the kit includes 4 vials of buffers (Buffer 1, 2, 3, and 4), each available in 7 mL (4×7 mL for 3130 series) or 28 mL (4×28 mL for 3730 series), or 4 pouches of buffers (Buffer 1, 2, 3, and 4 for 3500 series). These quantities are sufficient for up to 3–4 regeneration cycles and significantly extend the capillary array’s lifespan.
