A fast-growing biotechnology company in San Francisco east bay is looking for an Associate Scientist/Scientist to join our team. FTE/Contractor positions available. Responsibilities include product development and optimization, product manufacturing, QA/QC and operational support. Qualifications:

• BS or MS degree in biology or chemistry
• Bench experience in molecular biology or biochemistry
• Organized, goal-oriented, attention to details, good time management skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Familiar with Word, Excel, and typical lab data collection and analysis tools
• Self-starter who is willing to acquire new skills and experience at a fast-pace
• Industry experience with sequencing technology is a plus
