ADS™ PCR Cleaning Beads are used for the purification or cleanup of PCR templates by removing unincorporated dNTPs, primers, and enzymes, making them ideal for Sanger sequencing. Only a small amount of magnetic beads is needed to bind the DNA. After two quick washes, the DNA is eluted into the designated buffer. This method is fast, economical, and easy to scale up for high-throughput sequencing purposes.

Our high-purity and high-performance ADS™ Taq polymerase, dNTPs, and 5x PCR Green Buffer are proven to deliver high-yield PCR reactions for DNA sequencing. ADS™ Taq polymerase is available either as a stand-alone product, provided with 10X Buffer, or as part of the ADS™ PCR Amplification Mastermix, which is used for PCR template preparation—just add specific primers and the PCR template for the PCR reaction.
