ADS™ Sequencing Reaction Cleaning Beads
The ADS™ Sequencing Reaction Cleaning Beads Kit is magnetic bead-based and optimized for use with BigDye® Terminator and SupreDye™ cycle sequencing kits. Compared to other bead-based cleanup methods, this kit requires fewer wash steps and produces much cleaner electropherograms with lower dye blob frequency. The beads efficiently clean up sequencing samples and are cost-effective, particularly in high-throughput formats.
