ADS™ PCR Amplification Products

ADS™ PCR Cleaning Beads are used for purification or cleanup of PCR templates from unincorporated dNTPs, primers, as well as enzymes for Sanger sequencing. Only a small amount of magnetic beads are used to bind DNA. After two quick washes, DNA is eluted to the designated buffer. The method is fast, economic and easy to scale up for high-throughput sequencing purposes.
Our high purity and performance ADS™ Taq polymerase, dNTPs and 5xPCR Green buffer are proven for high yield PCR reactions for DNA sequencing. The ADS™ Taq polymerase is either avaiable as an individual product together with 10X Buffer, or as part of the ADS™ PCR Amplification Mastermix used for preparation of PCR template, just adding speficic primers and PCR template for the PCR reaction.
