ADS™ Capillary Regeneration Kit

The ADS™ Capillary Regeneration Kit is designed to regenerate and clean capillary arrays in ABI Sequencing Analyzer 3130, 3730 and 3500 series to extend the lifespan of arrays. It offers a quick and easy protocol to completely rejuvenate the resolution of a failing capillary separation and provides significant savings for high-quality Sanger sequencing.

Kit components
For array regeneration, the kit contains 4 vials of buffers (buffer 1, 2, 3, and 4), each at 7 ml (4×7 ml for 3130 series) or 28 ml (4×28 ml for 3730 series), or 4 pouches of buffers (buffer 1,2,3 and 4 for 3500 series). They are sufficient for regeneration up to 3 – 4 times and significantly extend the capillary array’s life.
