SupreDye™ Sequencing Standards

The SupreDye™ v3.1 Sequencing Standard contains DNA of a known sequence which has been dried down to maximize stability. The primary uses of this product include:

• Performing spectral calibration/performance checks
• Conducting control sequencing runs

This kit is compatible with the SeqStudio™ Flex, 3500 series, and 3730 series genetic analyzers.

Kit Components

The SupreDye™ v3.1 Sequencing Standard kit contains four tubes, each of which contains enough DNA of a known 1200 base pair sequence prepared with SupreDye™ v3.1 to perform one spectral calibration/performance check and/or one control sequencing run in 24 wells on Applied Biosystems 3500, 3730xl, and SeqStudio Flex genetic analyzers. The DNA contained in the preparation has been dried down to maximize stability.
