Kit Components
The SupreDye™ v3.1 Sequencing Standard kit contains four tubes, each of which contains enough DNA of a known 1200 base pair sequence prepared with SupreDye™ v3.1 to perform one spectral calibration/performance check and/or one control sequencing run on Applied Biosystems 3500 and SeqStudio Flex series genetic analyzers. The DNA contained in the preparation has been lyophilized to maximize stability.
